Our Services
MelocotónCrafts is an independent engineering studio offering custom software development, automation, electronics prototyping, AI solutions, and technical consulting for local businesses, communities, and small organizations.
Free Prototype Offer
We offer a free first prototype (MVP) at no cost and with no obligation. If you choose not to continue after the prototype phase, you owe nothing. The prototype is delivered to you as a working demo or standalone application. Source code and intellectual property terms are agreed upon separately on a case-by-case basis. This offer is subject to project feasibility and our capacity.
Intellectual Property
During the free prototype phase, we retain ownership of the source code and underlying intellectual property. You receive a working demo for evaluation purposes. Source code delivery and intellectual property transfer terms are discussed and agreed individually for each project. Our pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks remain our property. Open-source components retain their original licenses.
Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
While we work diligently to deliver high-quality solutions, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or performance metrics. Technology is a tool — results depend on many factors beyond our control.
Termination
Either party may end the working relationship at any time. If you cancel a paid project, you pay only for work completed. We will not hold you to contracts you no longer want.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
